MAKRO Customer Card

MAKRO customers can be owners of businesses such as commercial entities and service providers, production companies, gastronomies and hotels as well as persons purchasing products on behalf of institutions, business and administration offices.

Immediately after registration new Customers receive a MAKRO Customer Card, which enables them to purchase in each of our stores ( including Metro and MAKRO stores outside Poland). The card is for personal use only and should not be passed to third parties.

While entering the store you should show your card to the reader, which will open the entrance gate. You may sometimes be asked to give a proof of identification. The above rules protect the interests of our Customers and make it impossible for the unathorized persons to enter the MAKRO premises. Card holder may be accompanied by one person.

Loss of MAKRO card must be reported immediately to the MAKRO Customer Care Department which issued the card.

Please also inform us about any changes in your personal circumstances ( change of address, termination or suspension of business activity or any important changes related to your business).
